The 2011 Toyota Corolla underwent several changes from its predecessor and was well received by buyers across the world. The 2012 Toyota Corolla which is to be launched in January 2012 has received numerous styling and addition of features along with lots of standard features being added to it. The 2012 Toyota Corolla will be available in three variants, Corolla L, LE and a sporty S version. This new version of the Corolla claims fuel economy rating of 27 mpg in city and 34 mpg on the highway on the four-speed automatic transmission. The ride quality of the Toyota Corolla has always been smooth and is no different with the 2012 Corolla. The structure of the Corolla has been engineered so well that it can absorb and disperse impact energy throughout the whole body. A direct pressure system comes standard with every Corolla of 2012.

There used to a premium package on the lower trims, most of that are now being offered as standard features and equipments of which powered sunroof is one such feature. Now the new premium package includes a 6.1 inch touch screen navigation system and voice activated Entune multimedia system. Packed with great features and powered by an equally great 1.8 liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine, that produces 132 hp at 6000 rpm 173.5 Nm of Torque at 4400 rpm.
